Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2 Arrange vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Place salmon fillets on top, season with lemon and garlic.
  4. 4 Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
